We have received the detailed comments from two nominated reviewer and one additional reviewer. All three reviews agree that the presented work provides a contribution to knowledge, however, with some significant weaknesses. Based on these assessments, my recommendation is to incorporate all proposed changes in the revised version of the manuscript, after which the submission will be reviewed again. In particular, the manuscript needs to be proof read to ensure that it reads well, and that the terms used are the adequate ones. The introduction part needs to be strengthen significantly, and the work explained clearly. In addition, the Table 1 in AC2 supplementary material is still unclear, and I would suggest the authors to revise the way they present these equations in the paper.

Based on additional review, I find that the manuscript would be suitable for publication if before the final submission the authors have the manuscript proofread again, preferably by a third party with full professional proficiency in written English.
