I fully agree with the reviewers that this is an interesting contribution for the readers of HESS. However, please note that the reviewers raised important and constructive remarks. I fully agree with their assessment and therefore I believe that it is important that all of their concerns are resolved while revising the paper. Some important issues are:
1) This is not a method target study. However, the data is valuable and provides important information for the runoff generation in the study area. Therefore, the details are important for the readers including equipment, lab procedures, etc.
2) Appropriately state your objective. Besides the comments by Reviewer #2, I found that the manuscript did not address the interaction issues between meltwater and streamflow, as stated in the abstract. Please clarify the title and the corresponding statement.
3) Please check the annotated pdf for further minor comments.

The manuscript has been improved significantly after last revision. I full agree with the reviewers' comments raised in the new round of review. Especially the authors need to be very very careful with the citation issue. Please comply with the general scientific rules and particularly with the HESS rule.
