This paper has had 4 Reviewers, and all of them have recommended that the paper should be published after the verious comments have been incorporated. The authors have through their Reponses to Comments by Reviewers agreed to incorporate suggestions for improvement made.

I however do not recommend the use of the phrase "river runoff" in the title. The authors should just use "runoff" and not include "river" because by definition runoff refers to flow of water in a river.

We recommend that the authors submit a revised paper incorporating all the suggestions that they have made.

The Editor will review the revised paper before recommending for publication. THis is meant to verify that there are no errors in the paper to be published

There are few minor corrections that should be made when you proof read the manuscript.
